Geospatial Administrator Geospatial Administrator 6 month contract (initially) Remote-Working Outside IR35 Market Rates The Opportunity: ISR Recruitment is looking to engage an organised and detail-focused Geospatial Administrator to support the smooth running of a large-scale digital mapping and geospatial programme. You’ll be playing a key role in supporting geospatial teams with data management, systems administration and ensuring the integrity of geospatial assets across the platform. Skills and Experience: Experience working with GIS systems such as ArcGIS, QGIS or web-based geospatial platforms Familiarity with spatial data formats and data entry best practices Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams Knowledge of metadata standards and geospatial data governance (desirable) Role and Responsibilities: Support the setup, maintenance and optimisation of geospatial data systems and tools Perform administrative tasks such as user access control, metadata management, and documentation upkeep Ensure data integrity, compliance and proper version control of spatial datasets Liaise with technical teams to support workflows and data pipelines Maintain records of system changes, licences, and operational procedures Assist with the on-boarding of new users and troubleshooting issues related to GIS tools and platforms Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to pass Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks.
