Senior Bid Manager (Public Sector Specialist)

We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join us on a full-time contract or self-employed basis. This is a fast-paced role designed for a high-performer who can manage the end-to-end submission process with precision and autonomy.
Responsibilities
* End-to-End Submissions - Leading the delivery of high-quality, compliant individual tenders within tight deadlines.
* Portal Management - Expertly navigating government procurement portals (e.g., Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, etc.) to upload and submit on behalf of our clients.
* Client Liaison - Acting as the primary point of contact via email and phone to gather requirements, clarify details, and provide updates.
* Quality Control - Ensuring every submission meets the rigorous standards of public sector evaluation.
Who You Are
* The Veteran - You have 10+ years of experience specifically within public sector bid submissions.
* The Technical Expert - You know government portals inside and out and understand the nuances of "pressing the button" on multi-million pound contracts.
* The Communicator - You are comfortable picking up the phone to guide clients through the process or resolve bottlenecks.
* The Self-Starter - You prefer the independence of a self-employed or contracted setup and can manage your own desk in a high-pressure environment.
