Base pay range

What will you be doing as a Legal Business Administrator -

* Be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the business
* Preparation, distribution and storage of both incoming and outgoing post
* Drafting legal documentation for the Conveyancing Team
* Take incoming calls from various channels across the group in a professional manner and liaise back to the relevant person/ department accurately
* Mentor new members of staff and support in Recruitment as and when needed

* Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work
