Based in South London
The role
1. Ensuring that all processes are clear, well communicated and people across the organisation understand what they need
2. Working with the contract managers
3. Improve the operation of our purchase to pay process within our purchasing system (Oracle Fusion)
4. Drive behavioural improvements in the P2P process
5. Developing & implementing new reports to help highlight areas of non-compliance
6. Supporting & training users to address issue they may be having
7. Reviewing new starter training
8. Developing communication across the business
About you - Desirable skills
9. Strong knowledge of Council processes and environment
10. Highly analytical and able to spot patterns/trends in data to support your actions
11. Understand how to drive behavioural improvements in the P2P process
12. Working practice with Oracle Fusion
13. Great communicator
14. Knowledge of a range of software packages including Word, Excel plus database and work-flow packages
