About the Role
The Reward & Learning Advisor plays a key role in the operational and strategic delivery of reward and learning initiatives across Hilton Foods. Working closely with the Reward & Engagement and Learning & Development teams, this role ensures consistent, accurate, and effective administration of reward processes, benefits communications, and learning systems globally. This role also supports change management in HRIS initiatives, contributes to the development and delivery of leadership fundamentals via our LMS, and acts as a systems administrator for learning and reward technologies. The Reward & Learning Advisor is a key partner in driving consistency, process excellence, and a great colleague experience.
Responsibilities
* Reward Communications & Letters: Create letter merges for reward activity such as annual pay reviews, STIP, and LTIP. Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned to reward decisions and policy.
* Benefits Support: Provide centralised administration and promotion of employee benefits programmes. Coordinate communication and awareness campaigns across locations to drive uptake and understanding.
* Learning Systems Support: Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting global content roll-out and ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
* Leadership Fundamentals: Support the design and deployment of global leadership development content through the LMS. Ensure relevance, alignment, and localisation as appropriate.
* Systems & Process Change: Support HRIS and learning technology change management initiatives—providing testing, training, and user support across reward and learning systems.
* Project & Admin Support: Provide project coordination and administrative support to key reward and learning projects, ensuring documentation, tracking, and follow-up actions are in place.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to improve systems and processes related to reward and learning, contributing to the overall effectiveness of People & Culture.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in reward, HR operations, or L&D support
Required Skills
* Strong skills in Excel and document creation and mail merges (e.g. for reward letters)
* Experience with HRIS and LMS systems (e.g. Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data
* Clear communicator with excellent organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups
