Join us in Vodafone UKs Corporate support functions, which provide centralised expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, supporting our ongoing digital growth.
What youll do
1. Provide legal and strategic support for our partner agent programme and indirect sales channels, including B2B contracts and projects supporting the Consumer Business Unit’s retail strategy.
2. Draft correspondence and legal documents such as dealer and distribution agreements and amendments.
3. Support in-life contract management, working closely with indirect channels to meet strategic priorities.
4. Assist transformation initiatives to promote continuous improvement and encourage self-service solutions.
5. Deliver training to stakeholders to ensure efficient engagement and legal compliance.
6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions to resolve issues promptly, escalating to Senior or Lead Counsel when necessary.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing clear, risk-based advice and reports to facilitate decision-making.
8. Stay updated on recent legal and regulatory developments that may impact Vodafone UK and advise accordingly.
9. Collaborate with various legal, security, compliance, and regulatory teams within the organization.
10. Work with the Consumer Legal Team to deliver pragmatic legal advice aligned with Vodafone’s values.
Who you are
* Experienced in commercial or consumer law, either in private practice or in-house.
* Ideally familiar with retail partnership agreements, but not essential.
* Knowledge of UK consumer law, privacy, employment, or intellectual property laws is advantageous but not mandatory.
