Role: Care and Support Worker Hours: 2 x 21 hours 6 flex up & 1 x 16 hours per week 4 hours flex up. Contractual hours will be guaranteed giving you job security. Flex Up hours will be in addition to your contracted hours and will be used when required to cover known and planned absences. The decision to use these hours will remain with the management team and you will be given prior notice should these additional flex hours need to be utilised. Salary: £10,295 to £13,512 (£12.34 per hour). Additional flex hours will be paid at £12.34 p.h. Location: Earlsdon Park Retirement Village, Coventry Please note: All Care and Support Workers will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work weekends as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.
