Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Marketing Executiveto join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring that marketing strategies are delivered effectively to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strong understanding of products, competitors, industry trends, and marketing objectives.
* Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns in line with business goals.
* Design and deliver paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
* Use data and analytics tools to gain insights into user behaviour and campaign performance.
* Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns (e.g., email, SMS) to support conversion and lead quality.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to gather feedback on lead quality and refine campaign strategies.
* Manage advertising budgets to ensure spend is aligned with strategy.
* Produce accurate weekly campaign performance reports.
* Stay current with digital marketing developments, tools, and trends.
* Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and respectful working environment in line with company values.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years’ PPC experience (Google Certified or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads & social media advertising
* Confident with analytics tools and Microsoft Excel
* Organised, detail-oriented, and data-driven
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
