An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, with a strong focus on Wills, Probate, and estate administration. The role offers a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include
* Managing a full caseload of Wills, Probate and estate administration matters.
* Providing expert legal advice to clients both in person and over the phone.
* Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with compliance and internal procedures.
* Handling billing processes, including timely invoicing and recovery of disbursements.
* Maintaining excellent client care and professional standards.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
* Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the department.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client work.
* Proven experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident IT user with experience of case management systems.
* Commercially aware and proactive approach.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary circa £34,000+ (dependent on experience).
