The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our busy team in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior experience in commercial property to further develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting fee earners with a range of commercial property matters, including:
* Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
* Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments)
* Property finance and refinancing transactions
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing files from instruction through to completion
* Conducting searches and reviewing title documents
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
* General administrative support to the team
About You
* Previous experience in a Commercial Property role is preferred
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
