Your new role (International Sales Manager)
The key responsibilities of the International Sales Manager are:
* To establish a plan for turnaround and growth
* Identifying risks and opportunities managing these accordingly
* Building strong relationships with distributors
* Growing and improving the profitability of your markets through international distribution partners
* Optimising product ranges
Reporting into The General Manager this is both the challenge and charm. You’ll learn lots from a highly capable individual but hey he’s the GM and as the sales manager the support requested should be by exception with an accompanied recommendation for action.

* Base salary = £65k to £79k

The Interview Process
* 40 minute TEAMS interview with The GM + 1 other.
* 120 minute face to face interview with The GM + 1 other. There will be a presentation and store visits on the day.
* 20 minute TEAMS informal conversation with the People & Culture Manager
