Head Chef role:
As Head Chef, you will have full autonomy over the menu, working closely with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients. Youll lead and inspire a small, passionate kitchen team and have the chance to put your own stamp on a well-loved venue with a loyal and growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen team
* Design and execute creative, seasonal menus
* Maintain excellent food quality and presentation standards
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met

* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for the next step
