Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
1. Education: Minimum 5 GCSEs at grades A–C (or equivalent).
2. Knowledge:Health and safety in the protection and GDPR standards.Customer service understanding of welfare benefits (, Universal Credit, housing support).Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.Awareness of support/referral agencies and barriers affecting vulnerable people in Newham.
3. Experience:Working in a demanding reception financial processing collaboration and managing conflicting demands.Microsoft Office tools and video analysis and and building upkeep.Liaising with tenants and service users.
4. Skills & Abilities:Strong written and verbal communication.Initiative and problem-solving.Ability to work independently and in a team.Flexibility and adaptability.Competence in databases, Word, PowerPoint, and video conferencing.Ability to set up meeting spaces and use associated technology.

Desirable Qualifications
