Responsibilities
* Deliver a high-quality, pioneering pension service to sponsoring employers of DB Master Trust schemes and to the employers and trustees of DB Multi-Trust schemes.
* Lead strategic discussions with clients about long-term scheme aims and demonstrate a strong understanding of the firm’s propositions and how they support client objectives.
* Coordinate client projects, including scheme growth and development initiatives.
* Act as a source of expertise on the firm’s propositions, technical pension matters, and current industry issues.
* Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities with a proactive, solutions-focused working style and strong organisational skills.
* Maintain a solid understanding of DB pension schemes, legislation, governance, funding, and current industry issues.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a DB pensions consultant or assistant manager with deep technical knowledge.
* Experience as an experienced pensions consultant with deep technical knowledge of DC schemes.
* Expertise in longevity and client management, or a technical analyst background from business, product or pensions.
