Becomea member of a dynamic and successful insurance broking team working with existing clients and developing new business.
As part of our team your role will include:
1. Support the Brokers and Account Managers with the management and maintenance of existing client relationships and the development of new ones.
2. Assist with the production of high-quality presentations, submissions and documentation.
3. Develop a detailed understanding of your teams lines of business so you are able to support in the development of tailor-made solutions.
4. Collate and prepare data, in order to produce analytical results used to support the team’s strategy and meet financial targets.
5. Support the team with ad hoc projects and initiatives.

6. Complete your CII qualifications.
7. Attend training and development sessions with the Talent and Development team as part of our bespoke school leaver programme.
8. Shadow other areas of the business, including Reinsurance and Claims, to gain rounded knowledge of the business.
