Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our stores, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth flow of parts and materials throughout the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
* Logging despatches and goods-in using Sage 200
* Completing carrier bookings via online portals
* Checking incoming goods against supplier paperwork
* Kitting up parts according to Bills of Materials and recording allocations
* Issuing stock components for repairs or other needs
* General stores housekeeping and organisation
* Occasionally assisting with reports or administrative tasks, depending on your skills
What we’re looking for:
* Strong numeracy skills – the ability to accurately read, write, and record numbers is essential
* Excellent attention to detail – mistakes in part numbers or stock records can’t happen
* Forklift licence (FLT) is desirable
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Comfortable using computers and basic software (Sage 200 or similar)
