What you'll do
You will:
* provide data analysis to assist leakage teams in implementing the company's strategy on leakage reduction
* help with the daily monitoring of pressure, leak and noise alarms, as well as analysing pressure, flow and noise data
* assist in raising planned and reactive work for the Smart Network team and provide detailed reports
* stay on top of stock management, which will be a critical aspect of the role, ensuring stock levels are maintained throughout the region
* provide support to field-based staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
What you'll need
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with:
* advanced IT skills
* great communication skills and enthusiasm
* the ability to learn new skills
* a strong background in Microsoft Excel using formulae and functions
* the ability to construct your own reports from an extensive data set, where different results are required
* a valid UK driving license
* knowledge of acoustic, flow and pressure loggers
* Microsoft Dynamics experience
* scheduling experience.
