THE ROLE:
In this role, you will manage your own diverse caseload within a busy and growing private client department, providing high quality legal services. Responsibilities include drafting wills, trusts and LPAs, handling estate and trust administration, advising on inheritance tax planning and ensuring compliance with SRA standards. You will oversee billing and financial management, contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate across the firm whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have 3 years'+ PQE in private client work and will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills as well as being capable of managing both independent and collaborative tasks. You should be confident in client facing situations and skilled at building long term relationships. Proficiency with IT systems is essential.
Desirable qualifications and experience include STEP membership and familiarity with case management systems. A full, clean driving licence is preferred due to occasional travel to client meetings.
