The Parts Business Development Manager will play a key position in expanding the company’s customer base and driving revenue growth across multiple centres. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to mechanic and bodyshop clients. Benefits for the Parts Business Development Manager:
1. Basic salary of £40,000 per annum
2. OTE of up to £48,000 including bonuses and incentives

Duties of the Parts Business Development Manager:
6. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts sales revenue within designated territories
7. Identify and secure new customer accounts while fostering strong relationships with existing clients
8. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
9. Promote the range of genuine parts, highlighting their features and benefits to customers
10. Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
11. Collaborate with Centre managers and colleagues to support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
12. Analyse market data to understand opportunities and optimise sales approaches
13. Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively address customer needs and objections
Requirements of the Parts Business Development Manager:
14. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive parts sector
15. Strong understanding of trade parts and supplier operations
16. Demonstrable success in developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
19. Good IT literacy and data analysis skills
20. Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualification
21. Driving licence is essential as the position involves travelling between customer sites
