What You’ll be doing:
* Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
* Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
* Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
* Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
* Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.

* Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with effective application skills.
* Skilled at identifying process improvement opportunities and presenting them to drive positive change.
