Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Sales Support Administrator. The right candidate will the have the opportunity to join a sales account team in the energy industry. Our client are an inclusive and diverse company searching for an ambitious candidate with a positive attitude. This is a full-time office role with hybrid options after probation.
Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Understanding and managing the in-house admin process for the sales system
2. Handling quoting requests and tendering queries
3. Reviewing contracts for the pricing system
4. Effective communication with internal departments, customers and third-party stakeholders
5. Data entry and analysis to obtain quality data and observe anomalies
6. Monitoring and updating the tracking systems
7. Supporting the account manager in creating and sending contract offers
8. Ownership of the onboarding process for customers and updating the Salesforce system
The ideal candidate:
9. Critical thinking skills to analyse data
10. Excellent organisation and time management skills
11. Interest in the energy industry and open to progression
