What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be supporting the Product and Purchasing teams to ensure product information, supplier data, and purchasing processes are managed accurately and efficiently. The role is varied and fast-moving — perfect for someone who enjoys admin with purpose. Product & Sample Support: Keep sample data and product records updated across systems. Help organise the physical and digital product libraries. Manage sample materials and assets for new product launches. Supplier & Product Development Admin: Liaise with suppliers to gather product and compliance information. Assist in entering and managing new product details. Support the launch process with materials, samples, and admin coordination. Purchasing Admin: Maintain purchasing trackers and logs (e.g., goods-in). Provide admin support across business-as-usual and bespoke purchasing functions. Compliance Support: Help gather supplier compliance documents and testing samples. Assist with maintaining systems such as FSC, PEFC, and ISO 14001. Key Success Metrics Data input accuracy above 99%. Up-to-date, well-organised supplier and product records. Clean, catalogued, and well-managed product libraries. Contributions to improving stock levels and turnaround times. What We’re Looking For A self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple admin tasks and maintaining accurate records. Organised, proactive, and confident working independently without micromanagement. Some previous admin experience, ideally involving suppliers, systems, or stock. Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn. Bonus: familiarity with compliance frameworks or sustainability certifications.
