We are recruiting a Data Management Assistant for Hertford Regional College (HRC). The role will be predominantly based at the Ware Campus, with occasional travel required to the Broxbourne Campus.

About The Role
This role involves providing a comprehensive range of data management and compliance duties to support the college’s funding and reporting requirements. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the college and with external partners to ensure all learner data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with funding body regulations. The position requires great attention to detail when inputting and maintaining learner records, processing enrolments, and managing changes such as transfers and withdrawals. You will also assist in reviewing and resolving data validation issues identified through systems such as FIS, DSAT, SCORE, and FRM, ensuring that all compliance processes are completed accurately and on time to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
About You
You will have an analytical and numerate mindset and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a data and/or compliance environment within a customer facing role. You will have the ability to process complex data in an accurate and timely manner and have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
