Job Description
The ideal candidate would have some hospitality experience within a similar environment and be used to a busy Hotel ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, standards and service at all times throughout.
Main responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Chefs with preparing and plating, breakfast, lunch or dinner
2. Keeping the kitchen clean at all times
3. Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
5. Support the team in ensuring smooth food production processes.
6. Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

7. Enthusiasm to learn
8. Some kitchen experience
9. A genuine passion for food
10. Team player attitude with good communication of written and spoken English
