Monarch Education is working with a Primary School in Solihull to find an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant. The role starts ASAP and is full-time, ongoing until at least February 2026. Applicants must be qualified in Early Years to support ratio requirements; unqualified applicants will not be considered.
Requirements of the Applicant
* Experience supporting children in a Nursery or Early Years setting
* Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Comfortable providing personal care as needed
* Ideally experienced with Phonics
* Available full-time until at least February 2025
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Support children in a nursery setting within a primary school
* Create a safe, nurturing learning environment
* Adjust support based on children's mood and needs
* Follow safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures

Salary: £72.41 - £110 per day (reviewed after 12 weeks)
