Key Accountabilities
1. Manage and expand key retail accounts, overseeing product portfolios and sales performance.
2. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) to boost sales growth and profitability.
3. Identify opportunities for pricing strategies, promotions, cost efficiencies, and product mix enhancements.
4. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Supply Chain teams to achieve objectives.
5. Lead negotiations with customers and forecast categories to ensure smooth operations.
6. Promote branded growth and innovation within your accounts.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven experience in sales and account management with major UK retailers.
2. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
3. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
4. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
