Due to Maternity Leave, we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for 10 months, to be responsible for coordinating and processing new sales for our Materials Handling Division.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
· Creating quotations, processing new sales orders, creating and sending invoices
· Monitoring arrivals of parts, updating the appropriate planner.
· Co-ordinate forklift truck movements with equipment manufacturers from arrival through to dispatch.
· Issue weekly planners to key accounts.
· Provide updates to customers and team members.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
· Previous experience of working in a sales office environment is essential, ideally from an automotive or technical industry.
· Technically minded, with experience in a Customer Service Environment.
· Effective organiser and confident communicator.
· Fully conversant with MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and calendars.
· Previous experience of working with a CRM/ERP system.
We are able to consider school friendly working hours in this position.
Salary and Benefits:
The role offers a salary of £26,000 FTE for full time hours of (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday and (Apply online only) Friday.
