What you'll be doing:
* Build and deliver a group-wide marketing strategy that supports ambitious growth targets.
* Take ownership of digital channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, website) to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
* Lead the creation of impactful marketing content: from brochures and product guides to case studies, videos, and campaigns.
* Partner closely with sales and commercial teams to strengthen customer relationships and pipeline development.
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications and channels.
* Analyse campaign performance, customer insights, and industry trends to inform future strategy.
* Manage the marketing budget and relationships with external partners/agencies.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
* Demonstrable success in delivering both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
* Confident in using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* International marketing or e-commerce experience would be an advantage.
