TXM Recruit are supporting a major infrastructure organisation in their search for experienced Senior Commercial Managers to join their rapidly growing Commercial & Procurement team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the UKs most high-profile infrastructure projects, including multi-billion-pound infrastructure upgrades, digital modernisation, and freight enhancements. As Senior Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial leadership across major and minor projects and frameworks, ensuring value for money, compliance, and robust contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial management across complex investment projects.
* Administer and negotiate NEC3/4 contracts.
* Drive cost control, risk management, and value delivery.
* Support project teams in achieving financial and delivery targets.
* Mentor and develop junior commercial staff.
* Report to senior leadership on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities.
