Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Provisioning Co‑Ordinator to join our team at our Camberley office. The primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating the provisioning process for communication and IT services. This involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, resolving service‑related issues, and maintaining clear communication. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and contributing to process optimization to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Attention to detail with problem‑solving abilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.
* Technical skills and knowledge related to communication systems, connectivity, and IT services are advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
