This housing project provides 24/7 on-site staffing to offer responsive support.
There are also opportunities to provide 1:1 support to individuals moving into their new homes.
Please note that this role requires night shift work as part of the rota.
You do not need prior care experience to apply, as we will provide full training through our learning & development team before you start.
We offer Full Time (39 hours) and Part Time (various hours) contracts within the Mauchline team.
Due to service needs, applications are only accepted from male candidates.
Applicants must have a UK Manual Driving Licence and access to their own car.
About the Role:
Your responsibilities may include:
* Social Support: Helping individuals engage with their communities through outings to leisure activities like day centres, cinema, swimming, etc.
* Personal Care: Supporting personal wellbeing, including bathing, dressing, medical visits, and incontinence care.
* Practical Support: Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
