Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage stock, streamline processes, and lead a small team to ensure our products reach customers quickly and accurately.

What you'll be doing
* Running the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
* Setting up and managing warehouse locations/bin systems.
* Overseeing stock movements using barcode scanners and inventory systems.
* Coordinating with couriers such as DPD and pallet networks for deliveries and collections.
* Leading, motivating, and developing a small warehouse team.
* Ensuring accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and despatch of goods.
* Monitoring stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate system records.
* Driving warehouse efficiency and process improvements.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience managing a warehouse in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of stock control, barcode scanning, and inventory systems.
* Confident working with parcel couriers and palletised freight.
* Leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a small team.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
* Strong IT skills, ideally including Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
* Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety practices.
Desirable skills
* Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach).
* Experience with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g. Cin7 Core, NetSuite, SAP).
* Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methods.
