Orion Electrotech are working with an innovative company who are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team at Aldershot.
Key Responsibilities as a CNC Operator:
* Set and operate multiple CNC machines according to standard operating instructions.
* Ensure components meet drawing tolerances and specifications efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain relevant productivity levels while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
* Use inspection equipment and methods to validate products.
* Uphold good housekeeping practices in line with 5S standards.
* Comply with company policies, including Health & Safety and Data Protection.
Experience as a CNC Operator:
* Proficient in setting and running Mill Turn Lathes.
* Background in manufacturing or precision engineering environments.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Confident in using inspection equipment and methods.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
