We are currently looking for a responsible and committed Administrator to join our National Account Department, supporting the Internal Account managers with a wide range of responsibilities relating to our major customer accounts throughout the UK.
Your Tasks: A Job That Matters
We are seeking a competent administrator to manage key customer accounts within the UK business. Many of these customers are household names, and we expect high standards. The successful candidate will take ownership of these clients to ensure their expectations are met.
Your responsibilities include internal and external communications, gathering performance data, processing orders, quotations, reporting, preparing and checking invoices, resolving billing queries using online reporting systems, and assisting with incoming calls.
Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks accurately daily. This role suits someone who enjoys being busy, collaborating with others, solving problems, and finding solutions.
Your Skills: What Matters
* Experience managing customer portals and CRM systems
* Strong administration skills with MS Office
* Confident communication with customers and colleagues
