Compensation:
$26 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or compliance issues on the construction site
* Provide leadership and mentorship to construction crew members, supporting their professional development and ensuring a cohesive team environment
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
