We are looking for a Front of House Leader who can take the reins, own the concept, and drive the experience to the highest possible standard.
This isn't a standard supervisor role.
We need someone who:

You'll be responsible for elevating service, upholding flawless standards, and managing a team with energy, grace, and authority.

Your Role
You will:
* Lead and manage FOH during service
* Maintain and raise service standards
* Ensure staff embody the God's Kitchen concept
* Drive energy, personality, and professionalism every night
* Work closely with the kitchen and management team
* Handle guest relations with confidence
* Oversee bookings, timings, and floor flow
* Coach and support more junior staff
This is a hands-on role — you'll be present, visible, engaged, and leading from the front.
