They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible driving growth and delivering the franchise commercial strategy of their brands. This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast paced high:growth environment which is perfect for someone who combines strategic vision with hands:on hustle.

Responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute a winning sales strategy across QSR sector.
* Leverage market insights for new franchise partner acquisitions.
* Manage, mentor, and grow a high:performing sales team.
* Lead key customer relationships.
* Own commercial forecasting, P and L performance, and trade spend efficiency.
* Collaborate cross:functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure aligned growth delivery.
* Represent the brands externally with passion and credibility.
The Ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years experience within a senior sales leadership position.
* Have strong knowledge and passion for the food and hospitality industries.
* Must be degree educated.
* Proven success managing accounts and delivering growth.
* Strong commercial acumen : confident with P and L, pricing, and negotiation.
* Experience in a high:growth or challenger brand environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship:building skills.
* A hands:on, can:do mindset : happy to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
