About the role
As a Paralegal in our Commercial Legal team, you’ll be working at the heart of a major UK business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across commercial and litigation matters, take ownership of your own caseload and play a key part in keeping our fast-paced operation running smoothly. Whether you’re already working as a paralegal or you’re a switched-on graduate ready to take your first step, you’ll have the opportunity to build real expertise with the guidance of an experienced and collaborative legal team.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of litigious claims from start to finish, escalating where appropriate
* Conduct legal research to support decision-making and wider team output
* Support the drafting, organisation and management of commercial contracts
* Maintain accurate legal files, records and documentation
* Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments

* A Law Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL)
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
* Confidence to speak up, ask questions and contribute ideas
* Experience in an office or legal environment is beneficial but not essential
* A proactive, curious mindset with the drive to learn and grow
