Summary about role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Care Enablement business, leveraging market insights, customer research, and competitor analysis to drive growth. You will collaborate with regional marketing and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that support revenue, profitability, and market share objectives across CE and CD.
Your Responsibilities:
(A) Strategic Market & Business Planning
* Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform business strategy
* Drive annual planning cycles (MCS, LRDP) aligned with revenue and growth objectives
* Translate market data into actionable commercial strategies
(B) Integrated Campaign & Brand Leadership
* Own the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing initiatives (events, digital, social, content, field engagement)
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints in alignment with corporate guidelines
* Develop compelling marketing materials and content via platforms such as Veeva and digital channels
* Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI
(B) Stakeholder Engagement & Market Representation
* Lead engagement initiatives within the renal healthcare community including conferences, seminars, and industry events (local & regional)
* Partner closely with healthcare professionals to drive patient awareness, acquisition, and retention initiatives
* Represent the business in product vertical meetings and key external platforms
(C) Commercial & Launch Excellence
* Develop business cases to support product launches and growth initiatives
* Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and performance updates
* Support commercial teams with strategic marketing insights and tools
(E) Cross‑Functional Partnership & Governance
* Collaborate with regional marketing, global Corporate Communications, agencies, and internal stakeholders
* Lead compliance processes for marketing initiatives
* Provide marketing advisory support to ground teams and cross‑functional partners
Your Profile:
* Degree/diploma in Management, Marketing, Business or related fields
* Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the Healthcare and related industry
* Demonstrated success contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and brand positioning
* Good exposure to the public and/or private Healthcare and hospital sectors
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive intelligence within the healthcare landscape
* Sound knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines including digital, content marketing, AI‑enabled tools, social media, print, and multi‑channel campaign execution
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross‑functionally across commercial, operations, and corporate teams
* Proven experience managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns from conceptualisation to execution and performance evaluation
* Ability to process and prioritise tasks in an organised and proactive manner
* Strong project and campaign management capability
* Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
* Proficient in marketing‑related tools and software packages including Office 365, Canva, AI tools, Dynamics 365, Jasper AI, Ad creative AI, PowerPoint, Google Business Tools, Adobe Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
