Yes 2 Ship are looking to employ two new members of staff for it's growing import and exports department based at The Thorpe Industrial Estate, Egham, TW20 8RG.
Ideally we are looking for candidates with University Education but we are willing to interview candidates with otherwise strong English, Maths & keyboard skills and a good backstory.

The successful candidates will be part of a global logistics team, which handles international shipments every day as well as Brexit Customs imports and export clearances.
The role is very varied, one moment you could be emailing a partner agent in Dubai, then the next call is to a supplier in Milan, or simply sitting with your "one 2 one mentor" being shown how to handle a complicated Brexit Customs scenario.
It is to be noted that you will be expected to be involved in the whole "shipment lifecycle" which will include the acceptance of cargo into our warehouse. You will be trained in the use of a mini forklift and the safe handling of everything from temperature controlled lifesaving pharmaceuticals, yacht spares and the occasional Ferrari ( yes, we ship everything, so its never boring ).
But "Don't panic" as we understand you probably know very little about logistics.. this we can fix with training .. we just want candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn and who are looking for longterm training and employment.
The prospects for the right candidate are; regular salary reviews, training and early project development responsibilities. The candidates will have a confident, inquisitive and creative personality, that will be nurtured in an environment that is both ambitious, and fast paced.
Please see the starting salary as "just that" a "starting salary" .. if you prove your worth, salary review(s) will be quickly forthcoming. You will start at £ which will be increased to £27,500 after the 6 months initial training period with the aim of £30,000 by the end of year one. We also operate a monthly company wide "profit split commission scheme" that is a valuable addition to your basic salary and gold plated private medical insurance for you, your spouse and dependant children from day one of your employment.
Although the position is advertised "without start date" we are ready to employ immediately but can wait for the right candidate if you are finishing your studies.
As we are truly an international business preference will be given to candidates with 2nd language skills but this is not a deal breaker requirement.
Please note Egham is served by very poor public transport so a local candidate or those who can drive to work and are a car owner preferred.
