We are looking for 2 enthusiastic, patient, calm, and flexible 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our supportive staff team. The role involves supporting a child's social-emotional, communication, and cross-curricular learning development, working under the guidance of teaching and therapy colleagues (including a specialist Speech and Language Therapist and other multi-agency professionals where appropriate).

This position is a contract linked to a specific child's placement at Staplehurst School, valid for the duration of their attendance. You will work Monday to Friday, during term time only, from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, on Kent Scheme A KSA (£24,513) pro-rata.
