We are expanding our DEA surveying network and are looking for Domestic Energy Assessors to support large-scale residential energy data capture and stock condition programmes across South and Greater London.
This is a contract role offering consistent work within structured, professionally managed programmes.
The Role
* Complete full RdSAP evidence packs (non-lodgement)
* Capture high-quality photos of heating systems, insulation, ventilation, and energy-related elements
* Accurately input survey data into tablet/mobile systems
* Work professionally within occupied residential properties
* Support wider stock condition and compliance programmes where required
Requirements
* Fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
* Experience carrying out domestic energy assessments
* Good understanding of energy efficiency and heating systems
* Strong attention to detail and evidence capture
* DBS check and full driving licence required
