Job Overview: Office & Team Support Acting as the first point of contact for calls and visitors Managing visitors and day-to-day office support Supporting new starters with onboarding administration Scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing shared calendars Organising travel arrangements Scheduling equipment inspections and servicing Arranging waste collections Assisting with internal communications, notices, and newsletter Project & Document Support Assisting with preparation of project handover documents and manuals Organising and maintaining digital project records Supporting document and drawing revision control Procurement & General Support Maintaining supplier and certificate records Supporting stock checks and basic replenishment Assisting with ordering office and site consumables Role Variety & Development This role provides exposure to different areas of the business, including projects, procurement, and operations. While the core responsibilities remain administrative, there are opportunities to learn about other functions and develop skills over time for those who are interested Key Qualifications: 12 years experience in an administrative role (engineering/manufacturing preferred). GCSEs in English and Maths; Business Administration qualification desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
