About the Company: Our client is a forward-thinking property consultancy based near Halifax, specialising in commercial, retail, education, residential, and industrial projects, typically valued up to £2.5M. With a strong focus on delivering outstanding service to private clients, they are now looking for an Associate Director to aid in the growth of the business, with the potential of running the company as the existing main Director takes a back seat in the years to come. The Role: As a Director, you will be a driving force behind the company’s project management and design operations, responsible for overseeing and managing projects from site acquisition through to project completion. You’ll help to lead a skilled consultant project team, delivering new builds, refurbishments, and extensions. Additionally, you'll undertake your own workload while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
