Perform roadside repairs, diagnostics, and breakdown rescue duties promptly
Respond rapidly and efficiently to breakdown calls across Rhyl and nearby areas
Diagnose and resolve issues such as flat batteries, tyre failures, and electrical faults
Engage professionally with customers, providing reassurance and excellent service
Make on-the-spot decisions to troubleshoot and fix a variety of roadside problems
Leverage your technical expertise to diagnose complex vehicle faults under pressure
Keep accurate records of all repairs, diagnostics, and work carried outRequirements:
Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent experience essential
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, or diagnostic backgrounds
Full UK driving licence required
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Mobile mechanic experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, challenging environment as a Roadside Vehicle Technician
