Summary of the role
The Data Governance analysts work with the Data Governance Manager to design and implement processes, policies, controls, and systems that direct the use of Data within the company. They will contribute to the building and implementation of the Data governance frameworks that provide assurances that we are storing, processing, analyzing, and retaining data correctly across the organization.
They will also work closely with Information Security, Internal Audit, and the DPO office to ensure our governance is relevant and observable.

* Create and publish Data governance policies and processes
* Monitor Data Quality and other metrics
* Provide Data governance impact analysis
* Support Metadata management
* Assist the DG manager on governance issues
* Implement the data quality and management platform
What we’re looking for
* Solid understanding of data governance concepts
* Analytical skills
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR
* Experience with UK GDPR and Data Protection regulation
* Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
* Policy and process creation skills
* Experience in data governance or privacy roles
