Job Description
Amazon is seeking highly talented Vendor Managers for our Kitchen Store category.
The Vendor Manager will establish strong relationships with key segment manufacturers and distributors, integrating them into our logistics and catalog systems, planning seasonal collections, and managing inventory levels. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities and driving projects to improve catalog quality, navigation, and customer purchasing experience.
This role offers flexibility and can be based in any of the following Amazon offices: Milan, Amsterdam, London, Manchester, Madrid, Paris, or Munich.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive selection (direct / indirect supply, priority brands, and terms)
* Establish relationships and conclude agreements with leading brands
* Execute technical integration with suppliers and lead sourcing, pricing, promotion, and catalog management projects
* Coordinate promotions and marketing initiatives with vendors and the Site Merchandising team
* Create demand forecasts based on multiple sources
* Monitor inventory levels daily to reduce stock-out and overstock risks
* Participate in operational aspects of the category, including customer feedback, pricing, and business improvements
* Represent Amazon within the industry to enhance our position
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in account management, project management, or buying
* Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, promotions, or inventory management
* Experience collaborating across teams
* Senior-level experience in fashion, e-commerce, retail, key account management, or consulting
* Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Data-driven decision-making experience
* Master’s degree or MBA from a top-tier institution
* Experience in start-up or short-cycle business environments
* Familiarity with Microsoft Access or SQL
* People management experience
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and ownership skills in fast-paced settings
