Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hire Project Manager based in Ledbury. The primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end hire operations, liaising with clients to understand project requirements, coordinating with supply chain partners, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services. The Hire Project Manager will oversee project logistics, perform inspections, and manage expediting processes to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, the role involves creating efficient strategies to optimize client satisfaction and internal operations.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Project Management and the ability to plan, execute, and monitor project operations effectively.
* Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles focusing on timely procurement and delivery coordination.
* Strong skills in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory and client standards.
* Proficiency in Logistics Management to streamline the allocation, distribution, and timely availability of hired equipment.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently while meeting deadlines.
* Experience in the equipment hire or construction-related industries is a plus.
* Proficiency in using project management software and tools is favorable.
