Job Description
We are excited to be looking for a
Breakfast Supervisor
to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do
Responsibilities include:
* Lead and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction
* Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast operations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
* Train, support, and coach team members to achieve service excellence
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and consistent service
* Handle guest feedback in a professional and positive manner
* Assist the Breakfast Manager with scheduling, rostering, and daily team management
* Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
* Previous work experience as Events Manager in a 4 - 5 star hotel
* Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
* Proven commercial acumen through previous roles
* Fluent in English - spoken & written
* Must be legally eligible to work in UK
