Lifetime Training, part of the Lifetime Group, is one of the UK's largest training providers, delivering innovative learning strategies through industry-experienced trainers, curriculum experts, and leading edge technology.
You will often be the first point of contact in our learner’s journey. Your role is to ensure that we have the right person in the right role, on the right apprenticeship. You'll explore what learners do at work, their aspirations and career goals, and any prior learning they’ve completed to support their journey. You will walk the learners through what the next 18 months of the apprenticeship will entail, informing, instructing, and inspiring them about their futures.
What will you be doing?
1. Calling potential learners to confirm that their work roles are suitable for the apprenticeship, ensuring they meet funding eligibility requirements and are motivated to succeed—helping us build tomorrow’s workforce
2. Deliver up to date information on apprenticeships, funding, and products, to ensure all our learners are informed and ready to begin their journey.
3. Working across sectors and clients, you will maintain your knowledge of process and products to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
4. Working closely with our digital enrolment team, utilising our booking platform to support an efficient customer transition from ‘interested client’ to ‘New apprentice’.
5. You may also be required to undertake additional duties that are necessary to effectively deliver the responsibilities and objectives of the role
What will you bring to the role?
6. Excellent listening skills—enabling you to understand and support learners’ diverse needs while tailoring conversations to their goals.
7. Motivation and a growth mindset—we’re looking for someone committed to giving learners the best possible start to their apprenticeship and contributing to business success.
8. An eye for detail – with close to 50 apprenticeships offered across multiple sectors, we are looking for a clear and concise communicator who can engage learners while focusing on delivering quality information.
9. Adaptability – ready to take on new challenges, adapting to the ever-changing landscapes of apprenticeships
It would be great if you had
10. Experience in the apprenticeship or further education (FE) sector
11. Call centre experience
12. Experience working in a role that utilises multiple platforms/applications
13. Experience working with CRM systems
